Contract Information listed below is a descriptive binding contract between you and the designer(s) and or vendor(s) of any product that you are wishing to purchase or complete work with. Any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to call me at: (480) 215-3282.

PAYMENTS:
All payment must be sent before the product is to be printed or published online.
Hosting websites maybe (optional) completed by check or credit/debit card, using the hosting provider.
Products and services must be paid by check, money orders, cash, or paypal only. If paying by check, please have driver’s license number in memo area.
Doteasy is in charge of hosting websites. Vendor fees could vary at any time, thus making website designs and yearly fees vary.

ADDRESS LABELS / BUSINESS CARDS / LETTERHEADS / LABELS / LOGOS:
All artwork and type will be proofed by you.
You will receive seven free proofs.
After proofs a $5 non refundable charge is asked for in order to continue working on the current project.
This is applied towards a down payment for the final cost of the project.
Items are shipped by my vendor. Have correct address to which you would like the products to arrive at.
Labels and Logo designed are shipped by me (Christopher W. Paradis).
Logos can be burned and mailed on a CD prior request.
Final logos will be emailed in a zip folder to the correct address given.
Business cards are printed on a glossy stock, unless told otherwise by you.
Please know your copyright laws. If you intend to send a piece of artwork, make sure it is your ownership and not copyrighted.
You may need to show proof of payment if the artwork is yours. I am not liable for copyright materials.

Reorders- you will not be recharged for artwork design. You may supply your own artwork for not cost.
It is strongly recommended that you back up your own work.

PHOTO ENHANCING AND RETOUCHING:
All photos will be completed in digital final output only. Photos will be emailed to the correct e-mail address. Payment must be sent before photo retouching is completed. There is no guarantee that your photos can be enhanced to the best quality. Please always send a digital file of the photo if you are able to do so. Designers will get in touch with you if a certain photo cannot be enhanced. There are no refunds on photo retouching. Please allow 48hrs for final output of photo enhancing.

WEBSITE DESIGN:
Please have all the information you would like to be posted the first time.
Have photos clean, and logos already designed.
Touch up photography or logo designs, an extra art charge might be applied.
You are able to change your type of web design plan after one year being hosted.
Personal plan websites are $50 dollars per designed page on setup. Plus a $10 charge per page on changes (maintenance).
Hosting is $26 a year.
If I handle your finances such as hosting, FTP info, and storage; the yearly bill of $60 a year.
Payment must be completed before hosting your site.

Business plans are $350 a year and up. No setup fee and no maintenance fee on changes.
Prices are based on how much work is put into the website each hour / day / month.
Please be advised that the websites I design are quick, easy, accessible, nonconflicting to find your information clearly with time management in process. Very little animation, music files, or video files should remain out of your website in order to run at top quality. However, if you already have videos or music posted online I am able to create a link to those locations. I will not do online research for you (example: web page links to different sites). If you request links to be posted on your web site, and I did not create that certain page, a separate window will open up. This is NOT NEGOTIABLE. This is a federal law and subject to the copyright laws. If I am no longer able to host your site or design your site, please refer to the 1-800 number given to you upon sign up. Other designers may also be available to work on your site. Please be advised that hosting personal information on the world wide web could be a security risk. I am not liable for any personal problems or identity issues.
For all late payments, a $20 reactivation fee will be applied. (This is prior the vendor).

The following above statement is understood by me (the customer) I understand that not binding by this contract can make any artwork performed void. Websites maybe pulled off the web if contract has been broken.
